Acupuncture
Initial Acupuncture Session (75 Mins): $105 (health history, intake form, first Acupuncture Session)
30 Minute Acupuncture Session: $65 (for one area of concern, can include other modalities)
45 Minute Acupuncture Session: $75 (for more than one area of concern, can include other modalities)
60 Minute Acupuncture Session: $85 (for more than one area of concern with more focus on modalities)

A gentle holistic treatment rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine where fine, sterile, single-use needles are inserted into specific points along fascia lines or Meridians on the body where Qi (energy) and Blood flow. When these pathways become blocked or imbalanced various illnesses and pain can manifest.
Acupuncture helps to balance the body’s constitution by sending signals through the body’s nervous system to help naturally reduce inflammation, reduce pain, and promote a shift from ‘fight or flight’ into a more restful, healing state.
Acupuncture can help regulate brain activity, balance organs, balance hormone levels and improve immune function.

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves applying pressure to specific reflexes on the feet that correspond to different areas, organs and organ systems of the body.
By stimulating these points, Reflexology aims to encourage relaxation, support the body’s natural healing processes, and promote overall balance and well-being.
Reflexology feels deeply relaxing and restorative. An excellent option for stress management, nervous system regulation, sleep support, and general wellness.
Integrated Acupuncture + Reflexology
Integrated Reflexology and Acupuncture treatment includes scalp acupuncture for nervous system regulation, ear seeds for continued support after the session, alongside a 60 minute Reflexology session. This integrative treatment promotes deeper relaxation, nervous system regulation and whole body balancing in one treatment.
Initial Integrated Acupuncture and Reflexology Session: 90 minutes $120 (health history, intake form, scalp acupuncture, ear seeds, 60 minute reflexology session)
Follow-up Integrated Acupuncture and Reflexology Session: 75 minutes $105 (scalp acupuncture, ear seeds, 60 minute reflexology session)

Cups (silicone, plastic, glass) are placed onto the skin to create a gentle suction, lifting the skin and tissues underneath helping increase local blood circulation.

Fire cupping is a traditional form of cupping where a flame is briefly used inside a glass cup to create suction before the cup is placed onto the skin. This suction helps lift skin and tissues underneath, increasing local circulation.
Good for those who enjoy heat.

Helps relax stubborn muscular tension or stiffness that isn’t easily relieved from massage or cupping, poor circulation or poor lymphatic flow.
A good option if you experience tension headaches or migraines.
Gua Sha

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the ear is seen as a map of the body; each point corresponding to different organs, organ systems, or body parts.
By stimulating these points through precise acupressure, circulation is brought to the corresponding area on the body.

Ear Seeds

Often used alongside Acupuncture, Moxibustion involves burning dried Mugwort known as Moxa, near acupuncture points to provide deep, penetrating warmth.

Warm the internal body to help conditions aggravated by cold. Good for improving digestion, circulation, muscle stiffness that is better with warmth, and can help improve menstrual issues.
Moxibustion

Small alligator clips are connected to acupuncture needles that sends a gentle electrical current between several Acupuncture points to restore circulation and help relax muscles.
Not suitable for those with a Pace Maker, history of seizures or epilepsy.
